The race has a start time of 09:00 AM and an expected race finish time of 12:30 PM.
In light of the event, there will be traffic management procedures in place on the morning of the event. These procedures have been designed to offer minimal disruption and will be managed by an expert Traffic Management company that will reopen roads as soon as possible and provide appropriate diversions during disrupted times between 08:30am and 12:30pm.

08:30 – All road closures begin to be enforced.
09:00 – Race begins.
09:02 – Lead runners reach Broadway on Lap 1.
09:10 – Lead runners reach Bentcliffe Way on Lap 1.
09:12 – Lead runners reach Barton Lane on Lap 1.
09:25 – Lead runners cross the Centenary Bridge on Lap 1.
09:40 – Lead runners begin Lap 2.
10:00 – Final runners leave Barton Lane onto Bentcliffe Way. Barton Lane reopens.
10:10 – Lead runners finish the race.
11:30 – Final runners cross the Centenary Bridge on Lap 2. Broadway, Coronet Way, Centenary Way and Bentcliffe Way reopen.
12:00 – Final runners leave the road network. All roads reopen.
12:15 – Final runners finish the race.
